Transcript Maker is capable of generating transcripts that can be uploaded to the Common Application, but it's important to ensure the font is set to "Times New Roman." Other fonts won't work.
You can set the font by clicking the "Settings" button at the top of your transcript, then selecting a new font from the drop-down as shown below.
