Why have your prices gone up?

We've kept prices super low for 9 years, but as we continue adding powerful new features our costs have increased. In order to continue providing our customers with professional results, and respond to customer support requests in a timely manner, we've transitioned to new pricing plans as of June, 2016. The costs for the 3-month and 6-month plans have increased by about $1 per month, however the cost for a 12-month subscription has actually decreased!
