The app allows you to choose and display letter and numeric grades. To enable both grades, click on the Settings tab. The Grading Scale is the top item you will see once you open Settings. Directly under Grading Scale is a box with "Show course letter grade beside numeric grade." To enable letter grades to show beside the numeric grade on the transcript, you need to check this box AND also select Numeric scale as your grading scale. Click on the drop down arrow for grading scale to select your preferred numeric grading scale. Click on the grading scale you want to use.
Once you've selected your preferred numeric grading scale and you enabled letter grades to show beside the numeric grades, then scroll down and click on the blue Update Settings button to save your desired changes.
