Sometimes you may need to change how you have been creating your transcript. Perhaps you started out with trimesters and now you want to use semesters. Does this mean that you have to create a totally new transcript? Fear not- we have a solution!
If you have been using the standard Fall/Winter/Spring trimesters, to switch to semesters going forward just assign courses to the Fall/Spring semesters.
All 4 seasons are available in the semester drop-down when adding a new course to the transcript.
If you need to distinguish between courses taken during trimesters and courses taken during semesters, we suggest adding an asterisk or superscript to the trimester courses and putting something in the notes about those courses being taken on a trimester schedule. This describes how superscripts can be added:
