How do I change school year ranges?

It's easy to adjust the school years to match what you need.

1. Login to your account

2. Choose the transcript you want to edit

3. Click the "Settings" tab above the transcript you want to edit

4. Scroll down until you see "School Years" 

5. Click on the blue pencil icon to the right of the school grade year (9, 10, 11, or 12) you need to change. When you click on this, the year ranges on the left of the school year name (Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, or Senior) will now have a drop down arrow. Click on the drop down arrow and scroll to locate the appropriate year range for your student. Click on the desired year range, then click on the blue Save button.
