To choose semesters, login to your account and click on the Settings tab above the transcript you are editing. Scroll down to Group Courses and click on the drop down arrow to the right of Year. This will open a new window where you may choose either Semester or Year & Semester.

Once you make your choice, click on Update Settings. Now when you add courses you will be able to select Fall or Spring semester for the course you are adding.
